Sniffling, sneezing, coughing...is it allergies? Or is it a cold virus??
Sometimes it can be difficult to distinguish between allergies and a simple cold, or upper respiratory infection. Both can cause sneezing, congestion, runny nose, irritated red eyes, and cough. Typically, colds only last 5-7 days and will not improve with allergy medications. And fevers are almost never present with allergies. So, if you do have symptoms that could be either, trying allergy treatment is a good way to distinguish between the two.
Happy spring!
