Struggles to get to the clinic? Trying to reduce your exposure to COVID-19, as well as other contagious illnesses, and still need to see your doctor? Telehealth is safe and easy — receive quality care from anywhere.
Patient safety is our first concern at South Bay Allergy and Asthma Group. Many of our patients are immune suppressed or have chronic respiratory conditions, and are therefore at higher risk of complications from COVID-19. Please know that we are taking the following steps to protect our patients during this time:
-Patients are being screened on the phone and on entry to each of our offices
-Patients who have fever + cough will be redirected to urgent care/ED/primary care providers.
-Patients who have traveled outside the US in the past 14 days are asked to reschedule.
-Staff are being encouraged to stay home if they exhibit any signs of illness.
-We are closely following the recommendations of the CDC and Santa Clara County Health Department.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
